BA Networks Community Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the BA Networks Community (“Community”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Community hosted via our website and/or Kajabi platform.
By joining the Community, you agree to abide by the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not participate.

1. Eligibility
This Community is for real estate professionals, buyer’s agents, and aligned property industry members. By joining, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and meet the professional criteria outlined by the Community.

2. Membership Access and Fees
The Community is a subscription-based service. Membership fees are charged monthly or annually depending on your chosen payment plan.
Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your membership, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
Failed Payments: If a payment fails, you will be automatically removed from the Community 10 business days after the failed payment date, unless the payment is rectified.
3. Community Conduct
We are committed to maintaining a respectful, professional, and inclusive environment.
You may not:
Post or share content that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, harassing, discriminatory, or racist.
Engage in behaviour that disrupts the Community or makes others feel unsafe.
We reserve the right to immediately and permanently remove any member who breaches these conduct rules. No refunds will be given in such cases.

4. Termination by Member
You may cancel your membership at any time via your account settings. Access will continue until the end of the paid billing period.

5. Termination by BA Networks
We reserve the right to remove or ban any member at our discretion for breach of these Terms or for any conduct deemed damaging to the integrity or safety of the Community.

6. Intellectual Property
All content shared by BA Networks in the Community, including resources, checklists, and master class recordings, is the intellectual property of BA Networks and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared outside the Community without written permission.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality
You agree to maintain the confidentiality of discussions within the Community and to respect the privacy of other members. Screenshots, recordings, or sharing of member information without consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the Community constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

9. Disclaimer
The Community offers general information only and does not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice. BA Networks accepts no responsibility for actions taken based on content shared within the Community.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
