Having a Property Investing Strategy Really Works

I remember a time when I first started investing in property way back in 2002 and I just bought properties that I thought looked good and would hopefully work well for me. Some of them did but some of them didn't.

I found that the only way to buy well was to have a Strategy around what I needed to buy to enable me to set up the next property purchase.

I learnt the hard way when I started out investing. 

When I turned my passion for property into a business in 2010, I knew that I had learnt so many lessons and could help my clients to buy strategically and build large property portfolios - as I had learnt to do.

The very first step was to really consider life goals and how they would impact my financial situation so that I could focus on buying the RIGHT property that would get me to my investment goal.

My personal goal was to be in the elite property investors club - the 0.06% of all property investors owning more than 6 investment properties.

These goals then led me to understand my Strategy for achieving that end goal. Guess what! I achieved that and more on a single income while raising two children.

The Strategy to make that happen was the game changer to successfully buying property to set up the next property purchase.

Over the years of purchasing tens of millions of dollars worth of property, I know the Strategy works because my clients have built portfolios of anywhere between 3 -7 properties using the online Goals Guide and Strategy Survey that are the core of this short Course.

I wanted to help others understand the power behind
